Summer Digital Literacy for Students

AYECI Africa is collaborating with the Bright Bridge Academy, Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board and Pearson Nigeria
We are organizing the Gift of Literacy Holiday Camp.  A digital literacy and reading program for school children in three (3) primary schools in Lagos State.
Most pupils in Nigeria don’t have basic digital literacy skills because most public primary schools still don’t teach computer science.
We all know that been computer literate helps us solve big problems and connects us all closer together.

The Gift of Literacy Holiday is a chance to inspire and improve the digital literacy and reading skill of at least one pupil in need
We will be working with 3 Schools, 30 Volunteers, 120 Children in 4 Weeks
Venue: St Agnes Primary School, Maryland School Complex
Date: August 1 – 24, 2016 (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)
Time: 10am – 12noon
Are you free, computer savvy, and willing to share your knowledge with children?
